A surge potion is an tradeable potion made by using demonic tallow on a torstol potion (unf), requiring 82 Herblore. Players can also buy it from the PK Point Shop for 1,000 PKP.
Mechanics
Surge potions restore 25% special attack energy per dose, but can only be drank once every five minutes. Attempting to drink another dose before the cooldown expires results in a game message stating You are still full of adrenaline. You'll be able to drink in [time remaining]. When the cooldown expires, a game message will appear stating You now feel capable of drinking another dose of surge potion.
Note: In the Wilderness, Surge Potions can only be used at level 10 or below.
The cooldown timer can be removed in the following situations:
- Dying (including in safe minigames)
- Drinking from a pool of restoration
