Impling

Roat Pkz has 3 types of implings that are flying around the game, only 1 at a time per area. Once caught they re-spawn again within the next 15 minutes. Everyone receives a global message when the impling respawns. You can see their collection log with ::collectionlog.

To catch implings in the wilderness your risk defence has to be off, and you need to be opted-in to Bounty Hunter.
You will need a Magic butterfly net and one impling jar.
