hefner was a player spoof found in Falador within unrestricted worlds during the World 666 event. He attacked with his abyssal whip and was able to cast Ice Barrage. Upon death, he would always drop a green partyhat awarded to the player who dealt the most damage. In keeping with the idea of him being an actual player, protection prayers could be used to reduce his attacks' damage but did not negate them entirely.
The NPC's name and appearance reference the most infamous player involved in the Falador Massacre on 6 June 2006.
