A smouldering heart is a rare tradeable item dropped by tormented demons. It has unlimited uses (not 1 time).
Using it releases energy from the heart, providing a significant stat boost to all combat stats; at level 99, the player receives a +20 level boost to Attack, Strength, and Defence, Ranged, Magic. The smouldering heart energy will remain at their respective maximums for two minutes, after which they start decaying naturally. Note the effects return to normal if you go into a PvP fight.
Upon using the heart, a game message in the chatbox will state You crush the heart. Dark energy swirls around you...
