OBSERVATIONS:
xp is boosted in ALL wildy areas: reg, resource, royal, divine
skp is ONLY BOOSTED in REAL wildy: reg, resource
xp is calculated like this:
if base xp is 100
player has pyromancer (10%)
player has vote boost (43% for me)
NON-wildy xp is 100 * 1.53 for 153
WILDY xp is 100 * 1.53 = 153 + 100 for 253
GENERALIZED: base_xp * (1+boost) + base_xp
no clear skp calc
