Treasure Hunt

Get ready to dig for glory! The Treasure Hunt is a brand new, multi-stage Wilderness event where players race to collect hidden treasure map pieces and ultimately claim the Treasure Chest for massive rewards.

How it Works

  1. The event occurs multiple times daily and begins with a global broadcast. Players can teleport directly via ::treasure.
  2. Players must use a Wilderness Spade (cost: 2,500 PKP, always lost on death) to dig for treasure at wilderness locations.
  3. As you progress, you’ll collect up to 5 unique map pieces. Once all are found, an arrow guides you to the final treasure chest.
  4. The first player to collect all 5 pieces and reach the final location wins the event and claims the chest.

Key Mechanics

  • Each event spans 5 unique dig locations – each event is entirely either Multi or Singles.
  • All participating players receive PKP-based rewards depending on how many map pieces they found (1–5).
  • Arrow hints and a walkable interface help you track your progress and guide you toward the next dig site.
  • Dying resets your progress – this is the Wilderness, so bring risk-worthy gear and expect PvP action.

Rewards

  • The final Treasure Chest contains high-tier loot, including:
    • Infernal Cape
    • Large PKP prizes
  • Participation rewards range from:
    • 1 piece – 2.5K PKP
    • 2 pieces – 5K PKP
    • 3 pieces – 7.5K PKP
    • 4 pieces – 10K PKP
    • 5 pieces – 15K PKP
  • A Pirate Pet has a small chance to drop during successful digs!

Tips

  • Always bring backup Wilderness Spades – they’re lost on death.
  • Keep an eye out for other players; PKers often camp around dig sites.
  • Use the map arrow interface to efficiently navigate between dig spots.
  • Dying resets all map pieces, so play strategically and watch your surroundings.

Trivia

  • The Treasure Hunt is the first Roat Pkz event to combine exploration and PvP competition.
  • The Pirate Pet’s drop rate is among the rarest pet drops in Wilderness events.
