The Ancient mace is a one-handed crush weapon that needs 15 Attack and 25 Prayer, which makes it usable on low-level PvP accounts. Special attack

The special attack costs 100% special attack energy and is a single hit with the attack roll multiplied by 2.5, checked against the target's crush defence. The damage is not boosted.

Against players, the target loses as many Prayer points as the damage dealt (up to their remaining Hitpoints), and you gain the same number of Prayer points. The points you gain can take you above your normal Prayer level. Against monsters the special is only a more accurate hit.
