The Helm of neitiznot is a melee helmet that needs level 55 Defence. It gives +3 melee strength and +3 prayer on top of solid defences (+31 stab, +29 slash, +34 crush and +30 ranged), has no attack penalties, and is free in the Melee Accessories shop at ::shops. In the ::bis interface only a handful of helmets have more melee strength: Torva, the Neitiznot faceguard, Oathplate, the Serpentine helm and its variants, the Inquisitor's great helm and the Blood moon helm.

How to get it

• Free shop: the Melee Accessories shop at ::shops gives it for free.
• Trading post: as a free item, the helm can not be sold there; the (or) version can.

Use a Bounty hunter ornament kit on the helm to turn it into the Helm of neitiznot (or). The kit costs 1,000 Bounty Hunter points in the Bounty Hunter shop. The (or) helm is tradeable and has exactly the same stats and requirement; only the look changes. The Dismantle option gives back the helm and the kit.

Other uses

• Above level 10 Wilderness (except during the Clan Cup), Statius's full helm uses the stats and look of the Helm of neitiznot.
