Searing pages are an upgraded variant of burnt pages made by adding 100 sunfire runes to one page. Use them on a tome of fire to charge it; each page adds 20 charges. While a tome of fire charged with searing pages is equipped, your fire spells have a minimum hit of 10% of your max hit (at least 1). A tome cannot hold burnt pages and searing pages at the same time.
