A smouldering heart is a rare tradeable item dropped by tormented demons and Divine Tormented Demons. It can also be won from Monster crates. It has unlimited uses (not 1 time).
Using it releases energy from the heart, providing a significant stat boost to all combat stats; it boosts Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged and Magic by 21 levels above your base level. These boosted levels do not drain for two minutes; after that they start decaying normally. The heart can be used again once the two minutes are up. Note the effects return to normal if you go into a PvP fight.
Upon using the heart, a game message in the chatbox will state You crush the heart. Dark energy swirls around you...
