How to get it

• Voting shop: 50 vote points.
• Guardian of Votes: one of the 11 items on its main drop table. Each drop that is not its rarer TokHaar-kal (1/75) is one of these 11, so the cape is roughly a 1/11 drop.

Mythical max cape

Use the Mythical cape on a Max cape to make a Mythical max cape and Mythical max hood (your Max hood is used up as well). The Mythical max cape has exactly the same stats as the Mythical cape, adds the max cape features and needs the same level 99 skills as the Max cape. Its Disassemble option gives back the Mythical cape, Max cape and Max hood.
