Vote Points

Vote points (VP) are the currency you earn by voting for Roat Pkz. You spend them in the Voting shop on capes, gear and cosmetics, on AFK Skilling time and on player titles.

You can hold your points in two ways: as stored points on your account, shown in the Quest tab, or as Vote Point items, which stack and can be traded. The price guide values one vote point at 1,750 PK points.

The vote interface (::vote)

Type ::vote to open the vote interface. It lists six voting sites: RuneLocus, RSPS-List, TopG, Top100Arena, RuneList and MoparScape.

1. Click a site to open its voting page, and vote there.
2. Come back to the interface and press Claim next to that site.

• Each site gives its own number of points per vote, shown next to it in the interface. For example, RuneLocus gives 5, RSPS-List 4 and TopG 3.
• The points arrive as Vote Point items in your inventory, or in your bank if your inventory is full.
• You can vote on each site once every 12 hours. The interface shows when you can vote on a site again.
• You can't claim votes during a minigame or while you are trading, staking or gambling.

Extra vote points

• First week of the month: vote points are doubled from the 1st to the 7th of every month. The vote interface shows a multiplier while this is on.
• Well of Goodwill: the Double Votes perk doubles them too. When it runs during the first week of a month, you get three times the points.
• Vote Master clan perk: 1 extra point for every vote.

Total Votes hiscore

The weekly Total Votes hiscore pays vote points to the players and the clans with the most votes that week. It pays at 23:59 server time every Sunday. Player rewards go straight to your bank, and clan rewards go to the clan owner's bank.

Other ways

• Guardian of Votes: this boss appears after every 2,500 votes. Players who deal more than 500 damage to it get 1 vote point for every 50 damage, up to 30 points.
• Trading: Vote Point items are tradeable, so you can buy them from other players or on the Trading post.

The Voting Shop

The Voting shop is the Voting Shop NPC at home (::shops), in the Donator Zone and in the other donator zones. Right-click it and choose Trade. Outside the Wilderness, the buttons at the bottom of the main shops' window also switch straight to it.

• The shop uses the Vote Point items in your inventory first, then your stored points. Its title shows how many you have.
• You can sell items back to the shop for 65% of their price, paid in vote points.

AFK Skilling time

The AFK Master at the AFK Skilling zone sells extra time for vote points. The time is added to what you already have. Royal and Divine Donators don't need it, since their time is unlimited.

Titles

Choose Trade-titles on the Voting Shop NPC to buy a title that shows with your name. Seven titles cost vote points: Esquire and The (500 each), Emperor and Empress (1,000 each), The Fallen (1,500), The Warrior (2,000) and The Mysterious (2,500). Titles are paid from your stored points, so claim your Vote Point items first.

• Checking your points: the Quest tab shows your stored points under Your Points as Vote Points. Click the line to tell the players around you how many you have and how many times you have voted. Talking to the Voting Shop NPC also tells you how many you have, and so does ::mystats.
• Items to stored points: use Claim on Vote Point items to add them to your stored points. You can't claim while you are under attack or in a PvP area.
• Stored points to items: buy Vote Point items from the Voting shop. They cost 1 point each.
• Vote Point items are normal items, so you can lose them if you die in a dangerous area. Stored points can't be lost.

Other rewards for voting

Voting gives you more than points. See Voting for more.

• Vote Mystery Box: every third vote you claim also gives you a Vote Mystery Box.
• Voting bonus: each claim gives you 20 minutes of a 20% better monster drop rate and 500 extra PK points for every player you kill. The time adds up.
• Vote streak: vote at least once a day to build a streak. Each day of your streak gives you 1% more skilling experience, up to 50%. Missing a day resets it.
• AFK Skilling time: each vote adds 4 hours 30 minutes to 8 hours of AFK Skilling time, depending on your donator rank, up to 24 hours.
• Infernal cape lottery: every Sunday night, one player who voted that week wins an Infernal cape and an Infernal max hood. Each vote you claim that week counts as one entry. Choose Vote-lottery on the Voting Shop NPC to see when the next draw is.
• Guardian of Votes: every vote counts towards the next time the boss appears.
