Spiked manacles are boots with no level requirements that give +4 melee strength. They have no defence bonuses (and small penalties: -3 magic attack, -1 ranged attack and -4 magic defence), so they are mainly a strength option for pures. In the ::bis interface only Avernic treads (max) (+6) and Primordial boots (+5) have more melee strength. Aranea boots also give +4 with no requirements but cost 2,500 Bounty Hunter points, and Dragon boots give +4 but need 60 Defence. The manacles cost 200 PK points in the Pk point shop.
