3rd age range armour

3rd age range armour is a rare set of ranged armour made of the 3rd age range coif, 3rd age range top, 3rd age range legs and 3rd age vambraces. Every piece needs level 65 Ranged and 45 Defence. Its value comes from its rarity: every piece is worth hundreds of thousands of PK points. The full set gives +67 ranged attack, and its strong point is magic defence: in the ::bis interface the vambraces have the highest magic defence of any gloves (+9), and the range top has the highest magic defence (+60) of any body that needs 45 Defence or less.

How to get it

The Mimic

Source	Item	Quantity	Rate
The Mimic	3rd age range coif	1	1/1,000
	3rd age range top	1	1/1,000
	3rd age range legs	1	1/1,000
	3rd age vambraces	1	1/1,000

To fight the Mimic you need a Mimic casket, which you can find when you finish an elite or master clue scroll. If a Mimic scroll is in your inventory when you finish an elite or master clue, you get a Mimic casket and the scroll is used up; the scroll costs 300 Slayer points in the Slayer shop. Take the casket to the Strange Casket at ::clues to start the fight.
