Dark flippers are a valuable cosmetic item worn in the feet slot. Anyone can wear them, since they have no level requirements. They are not meant for combat: they lower your stab, slash and crush attack by 2 each and add only +1 slash and +1 crush defence. Players collect them for their look and their value of about 200,000 PK points. They come only from Skotizo's top-damage reward and can be traded.
Skotizo spawns every hour at :30 somewhere in the Wilderness, and you need combat level 126 to attack it. When it dies, the player who dealt the most damage (the MVP) always gets one item from its MVP table, and each of the seven items on that table is equally likely. The other six are the Dragonfire ward, the Ancient wyvern shield, the Arcane prayer scroll (Augury) and three Demonic artifacts. Other players who dealt damage can only get a drop from Skotizo's normal table, which has no Dark flippers. See Skotizo's drops for both tables.
