The Dual macuahuitl is a two-handed weapon that needs 70 Attack and 75 Strength. Its +115 stab attack is the second highest of any weapon in the ::bis list, after Vesta's spear, and it also has +121 crush attack and +81 strength. Every attack hits twice, and after a successful hit there is a 55% chance that the next attack comes one tick sooner. It attacks every 4 ticks (2.4 seconds) and costs 5,000 PK Points in the PK Point Shop. It belongs with the Blood moon armour, which is needed for its special attack.

Effect
- Two hits: each attack hits twice at the same time, and each hit has half your max hit. The first hit has half your normal accuracy. If it deals damage, the second hit always lands; if it deals no damage, the second hit deals none either.
- Bloodrager: if the second hit deals damage, there is a 55% chance that your next attack comes one tick sooner (after 3 ticks instead of 4). This works without the Blood moon armour.
Special attack
The special attack costs 25% special attack energy and only works while you wear the full Blood moon armour (helm, chestplate and tassets). Both hits have a 25% higher max hit, the Bloodrager effect always triggers so your next attack comes one tick sooner, and you take damage equal to a quarter of your current Hitpoints (only when you have more than 4).
How to get it
- PK Point Shop: 5,000 PK Points. The shop also sells the Blood moon helm (2,500), chestplate (5,000) and tassets (5,000).
- Silver and gold holiday event boxes.
- It is tradeable, so it can be bought from other players or on the Trading post.
- Together with the helm, chestplate and tassets it can be packed into a Blood moon armour set (and unpacked again) at the item sets interface.
