The Neitiznot faceguard is a melee helmet that needs level 70 Defence to wear. It gives +6 melee strength and +3 prayer. Among helmets in the ::bis interface only the Torva full helm (+8) has more melee strength, and the Oathplate helm matches it (see Torva armour and Oathplate armour); both of those need more Defence. Compared with the Helm of neitiznot (55 Defence) it has twice the strength bonus (+6 against +3), the same prayer bonus and more stab, slash, crush and ranged defence.
