The lost twisted fragment is a very rare drop from the Revenant maledictus. Use it on a Twisted bow to make Craw's twisted bow, which deals more damage in the Wilderness, hits revenants and Third Age monsters harder and faster, and heals you as you shoot. Dismantle on Craw's twisted bow gives the fragment and the bow back.

How to get it

Source	Quantity	Rate
Revenant maledictus	1	1/8,000 per drop table roll

Being skulled improves the rate by 20%, along with the usual drop rate bonuses. It can also be bought from other players on the Trading post.
