The Twisted bow is a two-handed bow that requires level 75 Ranged and fires arrows. Its own bonuses (+70 Ranged attack, +20 Ranged strength) are modest, but its passive effect raises its accuracy and damage the higher the target's Magic level is. That makes it strongest against monsters and bosses with high Magic. Players can compare it in the ::bis interface.

It attacks every 6 ticks (5 on Rapid) and has an attack range of 10.
Effect
Every attack is scaled by the target's current Magic level (M, counted up to 250):
- Damage: your max hit is multiplied by (250 + (3M − 14)/100 − (3M/10 − 140)²/100)%.
- Accuracy: your attack roll is multiplied by 1 + (140 + (3M − 10)/100 − (3M/10 − 100)²/100)/100.

The bow deals more than its normal damage against targets with 57 or more Magic, and its accuracy is always boosted. Its max hit can never go above 250.
The Twisted bow's max hit is worked out separately from other ranged weapons. Salve amulet and imbued slayer helmet bonuses still apply, but the extra damage from The Boss, Krystilia Blessing and Corporeal Killer scrolls and the +10% damage against monsters in the Royal and Divine donator zones do not.
How to get it
- Chambers of Xeric: the Twisted bow is 1 of the 638 entries on the rare reward table (1/638 per rare roll). A player needs more than 3,000 personal raid points to roll the rare table at all; the chance is about 1% for every full 3,000 points, raised by donator rank (×1.1 up to ×1.6), hard mode, the My Chamber scroll and collector's rings.

Variants
The holiday bows Christmas Twisted bow (2023) and Summer Twisted Bow (2025) use the same passive effect and have the same stats plus +4 Prayer.
