The New crystal bow, often just called the crystal bow, is a two-handed bow that needs level 70 Ranged and uses no arrows. It has +100 ranged attack and +78 ranged strength: among weapons in the ::bis interface only the Bow of faerdhinen (c), Morrigan's javelin and Morrigan's throwing axe have more ranged strength. It counts as a crystal bow, so Crystal armour makes it more accurate and harder hitting. It costs only 150 PK points in the PK Point Shop and can be traded, which makes it the cheapest way to use the crystal armour bonus.

The Bow of faerdhinen (c) is the stronger crystal bow, with +128 ranged attack and +106 ranged strength, but it is worth far more (about 160,000 PK points).

It attacks every 5 ticks (4 on Rapid) and has an attack range of 10.

Crystal armour bonus

The bow gets the same crystal armour bonus as the Bow of faerdhinen (c) and a charged Webweaver bow. Each crystal piece you wear counts on its own:

The bonus works against players and monsters, and the equipment stats screen shows the crystal bonus you currently have.
