The King Divine Dragon is a Divine version of the King Black Dragon. It lives in the Divine Monster Dungeon, a PvP cave that only Divine Donators can use. It has the same stats and attacks as the normal King Black Dragon, but it has its own drop table with the Divine relics and the Prince Divine Dragon pet.
It respawns 9.6 seconds after it dies.
Getting there
- Type ::divinepvm in game (also ::divine-pvm, ::divinecave or ::divine-cave), or open the Teleport interface and choose Divine Monster Dungeon.
- You arrive next to a strange hole. Click it and confirm the warning ("This hole leads to a PvP Zone, enter?") to climb down into the cave.
- To leave, climb the rope near where you enter the cave.
- You need the Divine Donator rank to move around in the cave. Players without it are teleported out.

Fighting the King Divine Dragon behind a Dragonfire ward in the Divine PvM Cave
Fight overview
- After every attack, the King Divine Dragon picks its next attack at random. It only uses its melee attack when you are standing next to it.
- It breathes dragonfire from up to 9 tiles away.
- Monsters in the Divine Monster Dungeon do not attack you on sight, so the fight only starts when you attack it.

- Dragonfire: Wearing an Anti-dragon shield, Dragonfire shield or Dragonfire ward, or using Protect from Magic, cuts the dragonfire max hit from 65 to 13. Using both does not lower it further. Dragonfire is also much less accurate than its melee attack.
- Protect from Melee blocks its melee attack.
- Its hits can also poison you, so bring an antipoison.
- Its Ranged Defence bonus is 70 against darts and arrows, but only 50 against bolts.
- It counts as a dragon, so dragon-slaying weapons such as the Dragon hunter lance get their bonus against it.
- Inside the Divine Monster Dungeon, all players get 10% extra accuracy against monsters, and melee and ranged attacks also get a 10% higher max hit.
Kill count and Slayer
- King Divine Dragon kills have their own kill count and their own Collection log entry. They also count towards the daily King Black Dragon kills hiscore.
- Kills count towards a King Black Dragon Slayer task and give 258 Slayer experience.
- It can drop clue scrolls up to elite tier. It does not drop master clue scrolls.
Setups
Warning: The Divine Monster Dungeon is a PvP zone. Other players of any combat level can attack you there, and you lose items when you die. Do not bring items you are not willing to lose. Type ::divinerules to read the PvP rules for the Divine zones.
These setups come from what players wear when they kill the King Divine Dragon. Each tab shows the gear most players use at that price, what it costs, and how long a solo kill usually takes with it. Prices are in PK points (PKP) at today's in-game prices, and spawnable items are free to spawn. Almost everyone fights it in mid or max gear.
Typical solo kill: too few kills in this gear to measure
- Very few players fight the Divine version in gear this cheap. This is the setup that works on the normal version, so expect slower kills.
- Everything here can be spawned for free.

Typical solo kill: too few kills in this gear to measure
- Few players fight the Divine version in mid-tier gear. This is the mid setup from the normal version, so expect slower kills.
- The Dragon hunter lance hits harder against dragons, and the Dragonfire shield blocks his dragonfire.
- On a Slayer task, wear a Slayer helmet (i) instead of the Serpentine helm.

Typical solo kill: about 45 seconds
- The Sanguine scythe of vitur gives the fastest kills in this tier.
- The sanguine scythe is two-handed, so there is no shield.
- An Infernal cape has the same stats as the Infernal max cape.
Drops
Note: You will receive a hidden 20% drop boost if you're skulled while killing King Divine Dragon!
Each kill gives one roll on the table below. Pets are rolled separately, so you can get the pet and an item from the same kill. The rarest drops are checked first, and the first one you hit is your drop. If you do not hit any of them, you get one of the common drops at random. Being skulled in the Divine Monster Dungeon gives a 20% better drop rate. Every kill also drops Dragon bones.
