The Divine Corporeal Beast is a Divine Donator version of the Corporeal Beast. It lives in its own chamber in the Divine Monster Dungeon, a PvP area that only Divine Donators can teleport to. It has the same stats and attacks as the normal Corporeal Beast, but its own drop table, kill count and Collection log page.

Like the normal Corp, it takes only half damage from most weapons. Spears, Osmumten's fang and the noxious halberd (on stab) deal full melee damage.

Slayer

Kills of the Divine Corporeal Beast count towards a Corporeal Beast Slayer task, which you can only get through a Choose Wisely scroll (3–15 kills); Krystilia never assigns it at random. Each kill on task gives 10,000 Slayer experience before the Slayer XP boosts. The task teleport goes to the normal Corporeal Beast's area in the Wilderness, not to the Divine Monster Dungeon.

Getting there

  • Type ::divinepvm in game (also ::divinecave), or open the Teleport interface and choose Donator → Divine Monster Dungeon. You must be a Divine Donator to use this teleport.
  • The teleport takes you to the dungeon entrance. Climb into the strange hole and confirm that you want to enter the PvP zone.
  • You cannot teleport out of the dungeon. Leave by climbing the rope instead. The rope does not work while you are teleblocked, or for 9 seconds after you use a special attack on a player.

Stabbing the Divine Corporeal Beast with Osmumten's fang in the Divine PvM Cave

The beast is in the lower part of the dungeon. Several players can attack it at the same time.

Fight overview

  • The beast is not aggressive in the Divine Monster Dungeon, so it only fights players who attack it.
  • It attacks every 3.6 seconds and picks its attack based on where you stand:
    • Standing under it: it always uses its stomp (melee, max hit 51).
    • Next to it: a random choice of two melee attacks (max hit 51) and its magic attacks.
    • Further away: only magic attacks, up to 12 tiles away.
  • It has three magic attacks:
    • A strong magic ball with a max hit of 65.
    • A weaker magic ball with a max hit of 40.
    • A splash ball that lands on your tile and then bursts into up to 5 smaller splashes on nearby tiles (up to 2 tiles away). Each splash can hit anyone standing on that tile, for up to 20 on the main tile and up to 15 on the others. Step off the marked tiles.
  • Protect from Melee and Protect from Magic only reduce its damage by 33%.
  • Its Ranged defence is 230 against darts and arrows but only 100 against bolts.

Damage reduction

  • Melee attacks deal half damage, unless you use a spear, Osmumten's fang (or its ornament version) or the noxious halberd on the stab style.
  • Ranged and Magic attacks always deal half damage.
  • The Corporeal Killer daily task scroll gives a 10% accuracy and damage boost against the Divine Corporeal Beast too.

Damage and drop chance

  • While you are in the beast's chamber, an on-screen box shows your total damage and your drop chance.
  • When the beast dies, one player gets the drop table roll. The winner is picked at random, weighted by each player's share of the damage. For example, dealing 25% of the damage gives a 25% chance to win the drop.
  • Drops are announced to everyone in the Divine Monster Dungeon, with the winner's damage share.

Kill count and hiscores

  • The Divine Corporeal Beast has its own kill count and Collection log page. Completing the collection log lets you claim 25 Monster Crates.
  • Kills count towards the daily Corporeal Beast Kills hiscore, together with the normal Corporeal Beast.

Setups

Warning: The Divine Monster Dungeon is a PvP zone. Other players can attack you, and you lose your items if you die. Do not bring items you are not willing to lose.

These setups come from what players wear when they kill the Divine Corporeal Beast. Each tab shows the gear most players use at that price, what it costs, and how long a solo kill usually takes with it. Prices are in PK points (PKP) at today's in-game prices, and spawnable items are free to spawn. Almost everyone fights it in mid or max gear. Like the normal Corporeal Beast, it takes half damage from melee weapons that are not spears, Osmumten's fang or a stabbing Noxious halberd, and half damage from all magic.

Drops

Note: You will receive a hidden 20% drop boost if you're skulled while killing Divine Corporeal Beast!

Only the player who wins the drop rolls on the table. The pet is rolled on its own, so you can get the pet and an item from the same kill. The other drops are rolled from rarest to most common, and the first one you hit is your drop. If you hit none of them, you get one of the four common drops at random (about 1 in 4 each): 500–1,000 PK points, or 100–200 of super combat potions, anglerfish or cooked karambwans.
