Eternal boots are magic boots that need level 75 Magic and 75 Defence to wear. They give +8 magic attack, +8 magic defence, +1% magic damage and +5 to the other defence bonuses. Among boots in the ::bis list only the Avernic treads (max) beat them for magic attack, magic defence and magic damage, and those cost 100,000 PKP in the Pk point shop against 2,500 PKP for Eternal boots.
