Mobile/Hotkey bar

The hotkey bar is a column of five buttons in the bottom left of the screen on mobile. Tap a button to run its action straight away: open a side tab, switch quick-prayers on, use your special attack, load a kit, spawn food and more. It works like the Keyboard shortcuts on a computer, with three extra loadouts you can swap between.

Overview

• Slots: 5 on the bar, plus 3 stored loadouts of 5 slots each that you can swap onto the bar.
• Actions: 57 to choose from, in four groups: 13 Panels, 10 Orbs, 25 Actions and 9 Gambling.
• Free teleports: every rank can open the teleport window from the hotkey bar. On a computer the Open Teleports key shortcut needs Royal Donator.
• Saved on your device: each phone or tablet keeps its own hotkeys. Your computer's Keyboard shortcuts are saved on your account and are not changed by the hotkey bar.
• Settings window: ::hotkeys, or hold the bar and choose Setup Hotkeys.

Using the bar

• Tap a button to run its action.
• Toggle actions (Quick-prayers, Special Attack, Toggle Run and Hide/Show Minimap) show a red stone while they are on. A side tab button shows a red stone while that tab is open.
• Side tabs opened from the bar open on the left, next to the bar.
• Tap the "Hotkeys" label at the bottom of the bar to fold the bar down to just its label, or to unfold it again.
• Tap an empty slot to open the Hotkey Settings window.

Default hotkeys

A new device starts with these five, top to bottom:

The hold menu

Hold your finger on the bar to open its menu.

The Hotkeys label	Swap to Loadout 1, 2 or 3: puts that loadout on the bar. Setup Hotkeys: opens the Hotkey Settings window. Collapse or Expand Hotkeys: folds or unfolds the bar. Lock or Unlock Hotkeys: a locked bar ignores taps on its label, so a stray finger can't fold it. Hide Hotkeys: removes the bar from the screen. Type ::hotkeys to bring it back.
A button	Clear (action): empties that slot. Setup Hotkeys: opens the Hotkey Settings window.

Hotkey Settings window

Open it with ::hotkeys, Setup Hotkeys in the hold menu, or a tap on an empty slot. Opening it closes any other window you have open. If the bar was hidden, ::hotkeys also brings it back.

• Loadout dropdown (left): pick Active (the five on the bar now) or Loadout 1, 2 or 3 to edit a stored loadout. The five slots of the chosen set are listed under it, each with a cross to remove it.
• Filter dropdown (right): show All actions or one group: Panels, Orbs, Actions or Gambling.
• Tap an action in the list to add it to the first empty slot. When all five are full, remove one with its cross first.
• Bar: Shown / Hidden shows or hides the bar on the screen.
• Make active puts the loadout you're looking at on the bar. The stored loadout is kept, so you can swap back to it any time.
• Clear hotkeys (or Clear loadout) empties all five slots of the set you're looking at.

Actions that need a donator rank are greyed out with that rank's icon. Below that rank you can't add them, and the game tells you which rank you need.

The restore and skull actions follow the same rules as on a computer, so for example you can't restore while under attack or in a PvP zone. See Keyboard shortcuts#All actions for the details.

Loadouts

Loadouts let you keep different sets of hotkeys for different jobs, for example one for PKing and one for gambling.

1. Open Hotkey Settings and pick Loadout 1 in the Loadout dropdown.
2. Add the five actions you want to it.
3. To use it, hold the Hotkeys label and choose Swap to Loadout 1, or press Make active in the settings window.

Swapping copies the loadout onto the bar and keeps the stored copy, so changing the bar afterwards doesn't change the loadout. Swapping to an empty loadout does nothing and tells you to fill it first.

Tips

• Lock the bar once it's set up so you don't fold it by accident during a fight.
• Hiding the bar gives you more room on small phones. ::hotkeys brings it back.
• Because hotkeys are saved on the device, set them up again on a new phone or after clearing your browser's data.
