Callisto drops the Voidwaker hilt which is heavily sought after. At 1/2560 it is a very attainable drop for its demanding price. The Voidwaker hilt is sold for around 7,000,000.
Callisto is also located in the Wilderness, which means you will have to look out for PKers and dying is a very real possibility which may cut into your profits.
