Do I need to buy Donator Status separately or do I receive it after donating a certain amount ?
Yes, Donator Ranks must be bought separately from Mystery Boxes & Points.
I purchased items but I haven't received my Reward?
First of all make sure that you've tried to do ::reward in-game. If it's still not working please check on your email and make sure that you've received a confirmation that your payment was accepted.
