An extended stamina potion is a stronger stamina potion. Each dose restores twice as much run energy and its stamina effect lasts twice as long. You make it with level 85 Herblore, or buy it with PK points or skilling points. It holds four doses.
Effects
Each dose:
- Restores 40% of your run energy.
- Gives you the stamina effect for 4 minutes: running drains 70% less run energy.
A dose sets the stamina timer to 4 minutes, replacing whatever time was left. Dying ends the effect. Run energy only drains in the Wilderness and a few other places; see Run energy.

The Herblore shop (Herblore Tutor at ::herblore) sells the stamina potion(4) for 10 skilling points and marlin scales for 20 each. Extended stamina potions can't be spawned.
Using it
- You can store extended stamina potions in a Chugging barrel and drink them together with up to four other potions in one click.
- Combine part-used potions by using one on another, or decant them all at once; see Potion decanting.
