The Armadyl godsword (AGS) is a two-handed slash weapon that needs 75 Attack. It attacks every 6 ticks (3.6 seconds) and is used mainly for its special attack, a single hit with 37.5% more damage and 2.5 times the attack roll. Like the other godswords it has +132 slash attack and +132 strength, and among weapons in the ::bis list only the Holy scythe of vitur (+10) has more prayer bonus than its +8.

Unlike in OSRS, godswords cannot be split back into a blade and hilt on Roat Pkz.
Special attack
The special attack costs 50% special attack energy. It multiplies your max hit by 1.375 (rounded down) and your attack roll by 2.5, checked against the target's slash defence. It has no other effect. The (or), (deadman) and (starter) versions have the same special attack.
The Golden armadyl special attack, sold for 75 points in the Last Man Standing shop, unlocks gold and blue graphics for the special attack. Talk to Lisa, the Last Man Standing host, to switch between them.

At the Gemstone Crab, every attacker gets a drop roll with a chance of ten times their share of the total damage (10% of the damage or more guarantees a roll), and the 1/16 rate applies to each roll.

- Mystery boxes and crates: PvP Mystery Box, Stardust Mystery Box, Vote Mystery Box, Tournament Crate, the Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Mythical crates (see Crate Frenzy), the Wilderness Chest, the Bloodlust chest and the Treasure Chest.
- Lucky impling jars and several holiday event boxes.
- It is tradeable, so it can be bought from other players or on the Trading post.
Variants
- Armadyl godsword (or) (item 20368): made by using an Armadyl godsword ornament kit on the godsword. The kit costs 2,000 Bounty Hunter points in the Bounty Hunter shop and also comes from elite and master clue scroll caskets. Same stats and special attack; it can be dismantled to get the godsword and the kit back.
- Armadyl godsword (deadman) (item 29605): made by using an Armageddon weapon scroll on the godsword. Same stats and special attack, and it cannot be turned back.
- Armadyl Godsword (starter) (item 31800): an untradeable copy given in the Main Pking, Pure Pking, Tribrid Pking, Pure Nh and PvMer starter kits. Same bonuses and special attack, but it turns into a Dragon 2h sword after 50 attacks.
- Armadyl godsword (item 22665): a copy only used in Last Man Standing and tournament loadouts.
