Ice giants are giants found in the frozen north-west of the Wilderness, in the Revenant Caves and in both Slayer caves. They come in combat levels 53 and 67. Krystilia can assign them as a Slayer task once you have level 15 Slayer. You do not need a Slayer level to attack them; the level only matters for getting the task.

Slayer
