The Night beast is the superior version of the Dark beast. It can only appear while you are on a dark beast Slayer task and have bought the Bigger and Badder unlock from Krystilia.

Appearing

• Each dark beast you kill on task has about a 1 in 151 chance to make a Night beast appear where it died. Wielding a Holy kodai wand raises this to about 1 in 131.
• It is focused on the player whose kill made it appear, and attacks them.
• If nobody hits it for 200 game ticks (2 minutes), or that player logs out, it disappears.
• Killing it gives 32,310 Slayer experience (before the Slayer XP boosts). It does not count towards your task.

Drops

Every superior always drops a Larran's key and one random piece of a Purifying sigil.
